BANGKOK - Thailands iPhone 5 users experiencing shocking incident after the device exploded recently. Reportedly, there is an error in the placement of bolts that cause the battery to short circuit.

Quoted by Softpedia, Thursday (16/05/2013), the iPhone explosion events stir many parties including national broadcasting and telecommunications commission (NBTC) which directly investigates Apple devices such as the Bangkok Post reported.

"We suspect the explosion occurred because the bolts in the device has penetrated into the battery which caused a short circuit," said Secretary General of the NBTC, Takom Tantasit.

He added that the placement of the bolt pentagram (five-pointed star-shaped) is not appropriate. Tantasit also said the fault lies with Apple assemblers based in China that Foxconn.
